About the role
We're hiring chatters and virtual assistants to support our creator brands. You'll be the person fans talk to day to day: building genuine rapport, keeping conversations flowing and turning that engagement into sales. It's remote, target-driven work with clear KPIs and real earning potential for people who commit.
What you'll do
- Reply to fans quickly, warmly and professionally
- Follow each creator's scripts and match their tone and personality
- Promote and upsell paid content, tips and custom requests
- Log conversations and hit your daily sales targets
- Work remotely against clear, measurable KPIs
Earnings
- Average chatter: ~$800/month
- Top chatter last month: $1,900
- Base pay + commission on every sale you close. The harder you work, the more you make, with no cap.
What we're looking for
- Strong written English, with clean grammar and spelling and a natural, friendly, flirty-when-needed tone
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space to work from
- Openness to learning sales; we train you on the psychology, the scripts and the funnels
- Availability for consistent shifts (we cover 24/7)
- Discreet, dependable and comfortable working with adult-industry content
Nice to have
- Previous chatting, DM or customer-service experience
- Familiarity with OnlyFans, Fansly or similar platforms
- Basic CRM or spreadsheet skills
